Events Scheduling Instructions
Please follow these Steps:
1. To add an item to the Faithbridge calendar, check with Victoria Beasley, Faithbridge Presbyterian administrator, to find an open date. Once a date has been requested, Victoria will hold that date until it is approved by Faithbridge’s Session. Dates are held in the order they are requested.
2. The requesting group/person will provide the requested date, along with any additional information needed, to the appropriate Session committee. If the one requesting the date is not sure which committee to turn to, Victoria can provide guidance.
3. The Session committee will take the request to the next Session meeting for approval. Typically, Session meets the second Thursday of each month. In the event the request is tabled [not approved or rejected], Victoria will continue to hold the date until the Session votes at its next meeting.
4. Once a vote is registered, the Session will notify the requesting group/person and Victoria. If the event is approved, the calendar will be updated accordingly.
