Faithbuilders Kids' Day Out Mission
Faithbuilders Kids' Day Out, a ministry of Faithbridge Presbyterian Church, provides a loving Christian atmosphere of learning for children ages 2 years old through Pre-Kindergarten. Our mission is for each child to grow spiritually, emotionally, socially, and physically as parents, children,and school staff work together to establish a rich learning environment.
Curriculum and Program Emphasis
Our curriculum is designed to meet the developmental needs of each child, offering weekly music and fitness lessons to enhance classroom learning. Children attend chapel each morning, where they are engaged in a worship experience, which includes prayer, interactive bible stories, and singing. Our children enjoy studying theme based lessons with age-appropriate activities to develop the skills necessary to be successful when they begin kindergarten. Themes will be incorporated into art projects, science activities, song and story time, and group games.
- Our Two Year Old program introduces the alphabet, counting skills, shapes, group games, and fine motor manipulative activities.
- Our Three Year Old program focuses on the introduction of letters and their sounds, pre-writing skills, and math manipulative activities.
- Our Pre-Kindergarten program includes a Reading Readiness curriculum, pre-reading skills, phonics, writing letters and numbers, and beginning math and science.
